As promised. Chicken wings smoked on the GMG and finished on the Genesis!
Tonight I smoked some chicken wings on the GMG @ 350 for about 30 minutes until IT read 150, then transferred over to the Genesis and cooked direct at around 400 degrees for a few minutes to crisp the skin. Don't mind the black marks, it's not charring, I need to take some oven degreaser and a brush to the grates on the Weber, everything I'm cooking has a slight tinge of carbon on them. Should probably do the same to the GMG!
I chose to keep the wings naked and to dip into homemade buffalo sauce, and some GMG S.O.S.S. I bought on a whim when I picked up more drip tray covers.
We just made some quick beans on the stovetop, and Annie's mac n cheese.
