I had 2 chicken breast in the freezer so I decided to fix them, can’t remember what I bought them for as I don’t really care for the white meat on chicken or turkey, so it must have been for someone else. But I didn’t want to leave them in the freezer any longer. I coated them with Simon & Garfunkel rub & wrapped with bacon. They turned out better than I thought they would, good for white meat.
