    How long to cook turkey?

    Can some one please tell me how long to cook this turkey?
    Lid on or off?

        If you cook it really slow, it might shrink enough to fit the pot. Oh wait, that's a turkey, not brisket

          Cook it until you can't pull your hand out of the cavity without any blisters.

              Easy. Take it out of the pot, spatchcock it, set your smoker to ~ 325 and it should be done in no more than 2 hrs.

                Cook it until it’s done. Make sure you flip it every five mins. and make sure you keep the lid on.
