Hi all - I am starting to plan for Thanksgiving, and it looks like I won't be able to prep the gravy until Thursday late morning. In one place, the article says that you need to prep it the day before, but in another part is says you can prep the before if you want to. Does anyone know whether it is fatal to the gravy if I prep it the day of?
Thanks,
Pete
