Whenever I make Huli Huli chicken I also make chicken stock with the the carcass trimmings....mmmm. There's a satisfaction in using every part of the dressed bird.
When the stock is cooked I strain the solids and make a "mush" for the dogs using the bits of chicken flesh, carrots, and celery all mashed together. They go nuts for this mixed in with a little of their regular dog food.
So done with work for the day 21 degrees out alexa playing some lightnin hopkins and hazel dickens, severe snowstorm heading in this afternoon no better time
