                      Interesting, I always thought the hanger went on the other end of the chicken, i.e. legs up in the PBC. Do you find you have better results in this configuration?

                        Yes, I have done both ways, I like the breast up away from the coals, wings also do not overcook, 165 on the thighs and breast is perfect
