Out doing shopping in my Latin store and saw a bag of drumsticks for 39* a pound. Grabbed the one with the biggest legs. Took maybe 30 minutes to debone 18 legs. Start with a sharp knife and cut all the way around the top joint that used attached to the thigh. Peal down the meat and cut all the tendons till it is inside out . Cut the bone off with shears about one inch up. Now you got boneless leg BBQ popcycles. Dust and slow cook and crisp on higher heat. . Mine have been cooking about 2 hrs so I'm go out and put some BBQ mop on..
