    Good bbq chicken

    Just roasted/bbq a half of chicken, wasn't bad, temp reading good it was juicey but I just wonder if it was cooked enough. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

    Did you not check the IT temp with a good thermometer?

      Yes I did I checked it with 2 thermometers readings seemed good.

    Did you see 160 minimum IT in the thickest part of the breast?

      Yes breast was 165, but concerned with thigh
