    I cooked a Rosemary at 375*F until done, 165*F in the breast, 175*F in the thigh.
    Super easy, minimal trimming, seasoned with Rosemary
    We gave it to a dear friend who is ill and battling cancer.
    It only takes about 60-90 minutes to cook.
