    Simple Cuttin up a Chicken, Yessir, Simple.

    There are tons of how’s & do’s & don’ts and fancy shmancy ways of dissectin a chicken. I have watched a few in my time, but this guy, a rill retired butcher makes it look so simple, I was impressed. And, fer those of you a wunderin on the spatchcock thing and special tools n’ all, the Ol’ man does it wiff a knife, yessir. It is at Knetter’s Practical Outdoors on YouTube, titled Cuttin Up A Whole Chicken.
    Don’t know the link thing, ya’ll have ta find it yerself. He is U.P. guy, yes he is. 🕶

      After further review, I’m not much in the sautéin then makin chickie stew. But I do favor grillin the yard birds. For my purposes I choose door number 1.
