I have tried a few of those Flat Iron Pepper blends in the past. They definitely bring the flavor and if you aren't careful they can be extremely hot.
Nashville Hot Chicken is something I have been wanting to try for a while. Seems like a Kettle Fried version (breaded like you would normal fried chicken but then cooked on a super hot grill instead of in oil) might do great for the chicken. But then the dunk in the hot fry oil wouldn't be an option. Would just need to make some separate hot oil for that.
Several years ago, I was tipped off on Flat Iron Pepper Co. in The Pit. Smoke Show goes in a vinegar mop I like to make. The grinder lives on the dining room table.
After much development, it's finally here! Our chile pepper grinder is specifically designed to chop up chile flakes. Unlike most other grinders which work by crushing, this grinder has rotating metal blades which create an even, finely cut mixture which is perfect for your recipes. Note: Peppercorns, salt or anything
