It doesn't say if they have to label it. I guess if it has bones in it, you know it was a real chicken.
Plus, it sounds as if that one restaurant is going to use it without telling its customers.
More reason to raise chicken and/or rabbits.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it, in my opinion. There are a lot of poor people around the world who are not able to scarf cheeseburgers and fried chicken sandwiches at will off the 99-cent menu or enjoy sou vide Wagyu steaks when they feel the urge. It's easy to forget that there are lots of starving, malnourished little kids out there. However, I am staunchly in favor of labeling requirements so I can make my own choices about what I put in my body.
