Hey all, quick question on waiting a day to cook after already brining a Turkey.
Well, we thought we’d be fine weather-wise scheduling a family reunion in late March. I should have known better living in Wisconsin…
Bottom line, I wet brined a couple of Turkey breasts on the cage overnight to cook today for lunch. Reunion party has now been moved to tomorrow due to the snowy traveling conditions. I rinsed the birds thoroughly and wrapped them tightly in plastic wrap and threw them in the fridge. I’m thinking they’ll be fine to cook tomorrow even though they brined overnight already, but really am just looking for reassurance from the pit here.
Thanks in advance for the help/input.
