    I air-fried the last batch of raw chicken strips and they came out well. Perhaps the twice air-fried strips were slightly better but with the raw, doing a large batch is much easier because it can be done in a single batch, and there's no cooking time involved. So I'll do a double batch next time and get 12 servings made 10 of which will get frozen for later.

        I'm late to the party but we do this frequently. Flour, egg wash, panko and fry. Seasoning depends what we're in the mood for, but Lawry's is pretty darned good.

          Good info Attjack I often airfry up more fish than I eat. I usually just put in fridge and eat next few days microwaved in a sandwich. I’m gonna try vacpacking and freezing some next time.
