Over the years I have experimented with different rubs for chicken. I started using Meathead BBBR about a year ago. It is my go to rub for chicken. I’m thinking about using it for the Turkey this year.
Anyone else ever use it on turkey?

I have used BBBR on Chicken with very good results. I'm beginning to think that a brine (wet or dry) and then a simple Salt-Free Rub is a good way to go. A light dusting of BBBR or Memphis Dust by MH are always good for me and lets the protein shine thru. It seems that so many Rubs are full of extra spices that might not be necessary??
