SnS w/Alabama White Sauce or do it at 350-375 and mop with 1/3 each of beer, butter and apple cider vinegar. Add whatever spices you like and save some for dipping. I like garlic powder and black pepper. Enjoy!

I'm like you except this time I know how I'm going to cook it. SnS w/Alabama white sauce really sounds appealing to me but I've been on a mayo/spice mix kick that I slather on my chicken. Love it and think that's what I'm doing today. I've been using some Turkish Baharat that I got from here. Wow it's the best. Mix a healthy teaspoon of that with a couple table spoons of mayo and rub that all over the chicken. Cook it at a high temp > 350 and you're good to go. Ras el Hanout works good with mayo too. Heck just about anything works with mayo
