    Boneless Buffalo Wings on the grill

    Anybody have a good technique for grilling chicken breasts to be used for boneless buffalo wings? I personally will only eat wings with bones, but my more health conscious daughter wants some without, so I will do as commanded. Should I grill whole breasts and then cut up before saucing? Should I cut up before grilling? Skin on or skinless?

    I'd look for some tenders if you can find them. I've also basted whole skinless breasts in a mixture of Franks (or any Buffalo sauce) and extra butter and grilled. Baste a few times while grilling. If you can't find tenders I would slice the breasts up before grilling to give them more surface area for Maillard and sauce plus to speed up cooking.
