    Butterflied Drumsticks

I think I may have found my new favorite way to eat drumsticks. Fairly simple to do. Simply cut the drumstick, length wise on one side, then trim around the bone to open it up. Season it with whatever makes you happy, I chose to use Wholey Smoked Spice Company's Infinite Goodness and BBQ Bob's Alpha Rub. Those two rubs really made these drumsticks POP! I cooked mine on the offset smoker at around 325 until they hit an internal of 165. Full of flavor, and super juicy!

If they hire you as an extra on Valhalla, you'll already have your weapon.

Nice! Are you cutting on the skinny side where the pin bone is? Awesome knife!
