Love smoking food in the middle of a storm , made some hot wings and grilled cheese sticks last night here in northern Indiana! A little bourbon and coke to !

At the same temperature setting/need, you get a hotter/cleaner fire, so winter smokes are actually better in most cases... -

I smoke more often in the winter. In the summer I have more going on. I am good for anything over 0 degrees here in MN.Comment

Im not so brave but I did fire up the outside gasser to cook up some brats.
at about 5 minute intervals....
Turn on, run inside.
Put on top shelf, run inside.
flip over, run inside.
brown one side, run inside.
call that good, run inside.
