KFVC alla Attjack

A friend / acquaintance asked me to relay how much he enjoyed Attjack Kettle Fried Vortex Chicken. On his behalf I echo a Thank You Sir.
I showed him my homemade vortex and a month or so ago and he made himself one (haven't physically seen it but from the pic's it looks a tad small). He has used it to cook various chicken pieces and burger patties. I passed on Attjack's recipe a week ago for him to try. Just made thighs again last night with this method. That's the third time. Fantastic every time. This last time though I didn't use my vortex. I used my PKGO. Cooked at about 450 the entire time.
