Per request, Lunch for friends as they were at home for a week-long class. Spatchcocked and seasoned a chicken, Traeger set to 375*F. Mama made her potato salad. From a post here on Amazing ribs, Halved and seeded jalapenos with cheese and bacon, smoked on the grill at end of the cook. Just for looks, glazed the chicken 50/50 honey and BBQ sauce.
