    Anyone ever make perlo?

I'm a old guy, and I never heard of it until today. It sounds fantastic. Any tips? I'm going to make it this week sometime, but not tomorrow because we're going to the movies. Probably Tuesday.

For those who don't know what it is, it is braised chicken, with sausage and onions, in rice. There are variations on the basic formula, you can google for them. I'm going to keep it simple.

I haven't made it, but i've eaten it plenty. Granny down in Georgia would make with Boudin to kick up the flavor which definitely helps. Not that it doesn't have flavor, it's just that when you mix it all together you are usually like, this needs something, some cajun seasoning is the perfect something in my opinion.
