My wife is having a bunch of women from church over for a breakfast. Was thinking of introducing smoked breakfast items to their pallets. Has anyone tried smoking scrambled eggs? Eggs cook fast so wasn't sure if they can really pick up that smokey flavor. Maybe I could smoke a couple pans of hash browns. Anyway, just seeing if anyone out there was inspired to try what I'm suggesting.
Smoked breakfast sausage links, then use to make pigs. Also smoked soft boiled eggs are great. Made a smoked hollandaise sauce once...a total PITA, but was like LIQUID CRACK on eggs benedict cooked on my Holland grill.
