Eggs are awesome cooked on the grill. Take a muffin pan and put in some muffin cups, then put an egg in each spot. Let them cook on the grill for a bit, then take your english muffin and toast it on the fire. Put a very thin slice of sharp white cheddar on, then either a slice of cured meat (prosciutto works well) then pop the eggs out of the muffin cups and put that on the cheese, then a plop some hollandaise on it before serving. You can make the entire dish on the grill. It's delicious.
