Other than a lost egg yolk it all came off just like it was suppose to!! Smoked spiral sliced ham (wanna see the video? https://youtu.be/930fEVi4pM8 ok thats my shameless plug for this month lol) did the hollandaise sauce in the Joule and I used dried cilantro instead of dill. Liked it a lot!

Eggs Benedict was a sucsess!
