A friend lost their father recently. It reminded me of my dad and his quirks, such as teaching his grandkids “breakfast cookie” because you need something to get the taste of breakfast out of your mouth. 🤦 This morning I raised a mug and a cookie to the dads who are worthy be they biological, by marriage, by family, by friends, or by being there.
