Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

I got The Denver on an everything. Egg, cheese, Colby Jack for me, onion and green pepper. Delicious. I also had him get a half dozen to take home. 2 are everything jalaepeno. I'll be doing a ramped up version applying some heat. When I do I'll be sure to share via pictures. I did have an everything today with cream cheese. I must say dang good bagels.
