My wife found one of those recipes that are going around on YouTube where you start with Grands cinnamon rolls and add stuff to them to get some large supposedly incredible rolls. It was straight forward, 1 stick butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 pint heavy cream and a 9x13 baking dish for 5 rolls. She melted the butter and brown sugar together and poured it over the rolls then add the pint of cream. The recipe called for baking at 350 F of 30 minutes, it turned out they weren’t ready in our oven until 45 minutes. The only thing I can compare them to would be a very rich, moist bread pudding. They are good but sweet and rich beyond all expectation. I’m pretty sure my blood sugar level will crash like a lead balloon in a bit. These really need some protein with them. I think they would pair well with some good breakfast ham and scrambled eggs.
