I know some things. (It doesn’t mean I’m good at those things. It means that sometimes they come out right.)
But I don’t make pancakes. They’re a pain in the ass to make in a skillet, and I’ve never had an indoor griddle to make it easier. So pancake flipping technique has always been hit and miss; mostly they are okay, but sometimes they go sideways, or splash, or fold or tear.
This. This is so simple. The less movement of wrist and arm, the easier the flip. I just did a full batch of perfect pancakes on the griddle.
