    Tuscon Torpedo

    Watched a Steven Raichlen video. Super easy and visually impressive. Sliced it up and put a over medium egg on top and served it with homemade hash browns. The video suggested using an offset smoker but since I don't have one I used a 22" Weber kettle. I placed a foil curtain on the cooking grate both above and below and cooked at 275 for about 3 hours. My family assumed it took hours to prepare so I just allowed them to make that assumption but in reality it took about 10 min.
