Believe it or not, I learned how to make bread off of this site several years ago. My wife told me I could NOT do it, so it was on. With some help from a banned member Breadhead, and the videos from chef Jacob Burton, got sourdough down. The skills transfer to pizza dough, and just about anything bread related. And a news flash for you all, people love home made bread! Especially when it is really good.
