King Arthur No Knead Bread

My third go at no knead bread. I use the King Arthur recipe for No-Knead Crusty White Bread and cut the ingredients by half. I then use the CI dutch oven to bake.

Looks great. The Dutch oven is such a versatile piece of kitchen equipment. Did you place the dough in the Dutch oven by itself, or did you use parchment paper?

I use the parchment paper. It's so much easier to place the dough, and I don't accidentally brush up against the HOT dutch oven
