I never gave this much thought until today. So I found this on methods. I ordered the bee's wrap. I never heard of it till today. Certainly not investing in a bread box. See what happens. Also gets a little geeky with the science on baking to staling. I'm sure he dumbed it down a bit as I understood it.

That beeswax stuff is pretty nice. I've never used it for just bread though. I have a bread freezer in my beer fridge. Other than that I use paper bags for the short term.
