Between getting a new job and getting everything packed before leaving for a vacation in Mexico followed by a cross country move from Arizona to Minnesota I have not been able to bake bread in two months. Finally I have my breadmaking tools again and I made some loaves yesterday. I had no idea how much I missed this until I was baking. Breadshots attached
Wow those look fantastic. I can imagine it now....on the patio watching the neighborhood descend into a dystopian riot all around me while I spread some butter on that bread, sit back, and just smile.
