Decided yesterday morning, that I could get 2 loaves fermented and ready while in infusions, baked them this morning, went to a 50/50 on the flour, but, the starter was all from my whole wheat. I think I enjoy that darker look, Likely in a week I am going to do at least a 75 percent Rye, Looking forward to making tonight's dinner on the grill.
