So on Thursday I had a follow up with my Occupational therapy for a strength review. SInce last year I have lost 50 percent of my arm and hand strength, and have spasticity showing up in my hands, they can not brace them without causing deformation in my hands. So, I am rebelling and using the shit out of my hands! Played with my sourdough starters again yesterday, did a double ferment. Here are the first two. #TheseTwoHands
