I produced a couple nice loaves on a wood-fired kamado, a Primo XL using Rockwood Lump - indirect. This was my first attempt at bread on the grill and it was perfect. This is a mild spiced bread and not a dessert or breakfast cake.
They were not enough to fill two large pans but too much for one. Bottom line is 375F for 30 minutes achieved 190 degrees. Excellent!
