Pumpkin yeast bread on the grill - indirect

I'd like to share a recipe I found by "Nutmeg Nanny" https://www.nutmegnanny.com/pumpkin-yeast-bread/

I produced a couple nice loaves on a wood-fired kamado, a Primo XL using Rockwood Lump - indirect. This was my first attempt at bread on the grill and it was perfect. This is a mild spiced bread and not a dessert or breakfast cake.

They were not enough to fill two large pans but too much for one. Bottom line is 375F for 30 minutes achieved 190 degrees. Excellent!

Grilla OG.
Pit Boss 3-Burner Ultimate Lift-Off Griddle.
SnS Kettle.

Everything Else:
Sous Vide equipment.
Instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Royal Oak Lump Charcoal, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
BBQr's Delight Hickory & Apple flavor pellets, propane torch, 6" smoke tube.
Grilla apple & hickory pellets, Royal Oak charcoal pellets.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church, Meathead.
Rubs without salt: SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef.
Rubs home-mixed: None at this time.
Spices: Lots of 'em.

Sounds and looks tasty. I have self control problems with bread, and I'm not picky as long as it's not stale
