Who knew there was such a day...?🙀
There really is nothing like a loaf of bread that you've taken about 36 hours to develop and then baked it into a dark crispy crusted slice of heaven. Most people on this planet will never have the pleasure of sampling a loaf of bread like that...🙈 Bread like that was common 1000 years ago because a sourdough starter was the ONLY form of yeast on earth and every family had a bread maker.
