I’ve always struggled keeping cornbread moist.
It wasn’t an issue with this recipe. The batter is a little bit thinner than other recipes I’ve tried
I like that when you pour the batter into the hot pan, you let it cook on the stove for a minute before putting it in the oven. I think it helped give it the nice crispy bottom
