My daughter bakes constantly. It’s her hobby and she loves it. In a typical month she will go through 50 pounds of flour. I’ve listen to her talk about so many flours that I thought I’d heard about all of them, but I was wrong. Her new passion is baking with Kamut flour. It is supposedly a very old and non GMO wheat strain. Have you heard of this? Do you have an opinion of it?
