My Favorite Daughter Made This!!!

Ok so I know I’m to post stuff I make here. Problem is I am completely inept and couldn’t make a boxed brownie to save my life.
My Daughter on the other hand is becoming pretty freaking good at this baking / pastries thing!!!
She went to her boyfriends Christmas dinner with extended family yesterday. I guess one of the traditions they have is a Yule log for desert. Apparently the idea is all the gals in the family take turns doing it and when they heard my kiddo is a student of the arts they drafted her for this years centerpiece/ desert!
She was terrified as she had never even seen one!
Well the wife and I have been eating the trial runs for a month and I am proud to present her finished product!!!
I’m told it was a massive hit….
