Time to Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

On a package of Nestles semi-sweet chocolate is the recipe, Toll House Cookies.
Now if you add a pinch of chili powder it takes them to a place they never been before.

Agree. I recently made a recipe that called for cayenne, cardamom, and cinnamon. The combination was fantastic.

I just now showed this to my lovely bride, asking, "Were you aware of this?" She blanched, checked the date, leapt to her feet and said "I'm on it!" I can hear her getting out of the freezer one of the batches of cookie blobs she always puts by when she makes cookies... we'll have fresh baked toll house soon!

Alton browns cookies are based on the toll house but better, I like the chewy ones and then the puffy ones too.

I like them wit some roasted pecans chocolate chips, and a small amount of oatmeal mixed in.
