A little more meat and you’re at chili!! I like your approach, especially the use of Shiner Bock, one of my favorites (I live about 40 minutes from the brewery ).

Delicious! Delicious is how it turned out. Didn't end up saving a whole lot of time with the Instant Pot...maybe 30 minutes or so. Used some left over brisket, Shiner Bock (1 in the pot, a couple others in my bella'). I may need to find that bean brand you recommend. Thanks much for sharing your recipe!
