Filling 15,000 subscriptions boggles my mind. Six 1 pound bags per member is 90,000 bags to label and fill. 15,000 boxes to fill with bags, pack, label, and ship. Plus the added item per box, typically a seasoning of some sort, in bubble wrap. Looks to me like a huge, labor intensive, operation. Four times a year! Plus, the non club sales. And a same day answer to my email.

During my working years we packaged many different products with a form fill and seal machine. In our case a roll of polyethylene bagging material is fed through the machine (automatically), then formed (vertical heat seal), filled and horizontal heat sealed. This takes a lot of labor out of it:
Beans would fit this type of operation very well.

So, I think that SheilaAnn and her domestic consort should take a day, drive up to Napa, spend 2 full days there, drive back day 4. Do it as the crew is prepping and shipping the 3rd quarter shipment. This young lady seems to like variable jobs/assignments. Article, with interviews and pictures, could be sold and published.
She is acquainted with Steve, would be viewed as a friendly voice. Learn about his grower network. processing and storage from harvest to shipment, daily operations, future plans.
I have basically said this before, with no progress. But I persist.
