Looking for a kick a mustard sauce. Any suggestions? I saw the one with herbs on the main site but curious if there were any other recommendations.

I love the Columbia Gold recipe on the main site. It has rosemary in it but it isnt a predominant flavor at all. It is a very good sauce. I am making up a couple batches tomorrow for a big pulled pork dinner on Wednesday.
https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/...ue-recipe.html is another I have been interested in but I have never tried it.

Suckle Busters makes a good one, but I don’t remember the name.
Here is my Recipe
Creole South Carolina Sauce
1/2 cup Creole Mustard
1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/8 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon White Pepper
3/8 Tespoon Cayenne
1/8 Teaspoon of Tabasco Sauce, to taste
1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Butter
Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Use as a basting sauce for meat or as a condiment when serving pork, beef, or chicken.
