Made it today from Meathead's recipe. Used a little more olive oil and a twice hot pepper sauce (Frank's). Out of this world good and I'm a Texan but lived in NJ -NYC area for years. Loved that Sabrett hot dog and the onion sauce. Meathead's is real close but a shade better.
