Keeping with ratings theme: I have been making my own sauces for a long time. Many of them started with a bottle of a sauce from the store and then I would add a bit of this or that to make it my own. I also had a two shelves worth of recipe books which I would use from time to time. I have since make my own BBQ recipe binder and the KC sauce is right at the front. I didn't even remember I got the recipe here.
