I hadn't heard of this sauce until I joined the site. After reading about it I had to try it and now it's a family favorite. One variation I've tried was using something called baklouti green chili olive oil for the heat instead of cayenne pepper and adding some green chilis. Personally I thought it took it from being really good to out of this world. Here's link to the oil I used.
