I don't see why not, we freeze liquids all the time. Before we had a Vacmaster Mrs. CN would put it in Mason jars with some headspace, freeze, then put a lid on. If you can get your hands on a chambered vacuum sealer you can seal liquids in a bag.
Ah, my model (112S) had a gauge and then they removed them and put in an adjustment button. That's the model I have. Basically, you cam pic max vac or minimum vac with three or so levels in between. When I try to seal stock, I can never get a bag that doesn't have an air space left in it after sealing. Was just wondering.
Dr ROK the biggest helper I found was to resist the urge to overfill the bag. With liquids I only fill 1/3 to 1/2 of the bag. I also raise one end of the filler board to make an incline while sealing. Of course the ComfortablyNumb hawk method is mandatory with liquids.
Dr ROKT-bone I remove both filler boards to keep the open end as high as possible. I too never have head space, however it is never skin tight like when sealing something solid.
We had those when we had a Foodsaver. The containers were great until the seal gave out on the lids. Then we went back to the Mason jars. Alternatively you can put it in a zip lock freezer bag and let freeze before stacking.
Deep in the MCS zone.

Sorry I didn't get back earlier, enjoying my long weekend. I'm using a boiling water bath. Pressure cooker would probably be better by I don't have one right now. I've stored it in our pantry and it has been fine. Just have to make sure you get a really good seal. Had to redo a few that didn't seal properly the first time.

Freeze it in an appropriate size plastic container (Glad, Rubbermaid, etc...) then pop it out and vacuum pack the frozen blob as normal. Will last (almost) forever!

Before I had my awesome Vacmaster chamber sealer, I went through 3 or 4 models of FoodSavers. When sealing liquids, I would put the liquid in a FoodSaver bag and double-fold and clip shut the opening. I'd then lay the bag flat in the freezer. Once the liquid was frozen, I would remove from the freezer and vac seal the bag. A lot of steps, but it allowed me to get max vac seal on the bag in a flat, stackable form-factor to store in the freezer.
