    Whisky sauce

    Whisky sauce

    100g butter (3,5oz)
    2 ts sugar
    70 g tomatopure (2.5oz)
    2 ts chopped fresh rosemary
    2,5dl / 1 cup cream
    1 shot of whisky (the one you prefer)
    Salt/pepper to taste

    Melt the butter
    Add sugar, tomatopaste/puree, rosemary
    Add one shot of whisky
    Salt/pepper to taste
    add cream
    Reduce the sauce
    Adjust salt/pepper

    Serve and eat!

    Copied the receipt to try, sounds yummy! When does one add the whiskey, or does one drink it while making the sauce?
